7 Things

I was tagged by my college roomate cats who was tagged by the boston pobble who was tagged by jaded. If you are reading this consider yourself tagged as well. Fortunately, this is NOT one of those good luck / bad luck things, but another way of getting to know each other. No shortcuts on this! It took me a while to come up with 7 for each, but it's worth the thought.

7 things I plan to do before I die:
  1. Cook a full meal without panicking
  2. Write another play
  3. Learn how to do something crafty (ie sewing, crocheting, welding)
  4. Be an amazing aunt to my brother's future children
  5. Take a geology class so I can understand what Pros is talking about
  6. Live in the mountains
  7. Let my hair go back to its natural white color
7 things I can do:
  1. Recite the opening of Canterbury Tales in Middle English
  2. Sing up to a high B Flat when I'm warmed up
  3. Teach seventh graders how to enjoy reading and writing poetry
  4. Run a radio station for four hours completely by myself
  5. Plunge a toilet
  6. Select a great bottle of wine
  7. Break a pine board with my forehead
7 things I cannot do:
  1. Learn foreign languages
  2. Read music (I'm a functionally illiterate singer)
  3. Drive a motorcycle
  4. Change the oil in my car
  5. Run a mile without slowing down
  6. Reach the top shelf over my kitchen sink
  7. Keep my desk organized
7 things that I say most often:
  1. "Oy..."
  2. "Take care"
  3. "Hiya!"
  4. "You're kidding"
  5. "Okay, class..."
  6. "Oh, shite!"
  7. "What's new and exciting?"
7 celebrity crushes:
  1. Trent Reznor
  2. Adam Glasser (from "Family Business", don't ask)
  3. Owen Wilson
  4. Jon Stewart
  5. Stephen Colbert
  6. Eddie Izzard
  7. Kevin Smith

Comments:
By the way, I didn't comment on this and I should have!

I'm looking forward to your mastering the dinner thing--this way you and I can host murder mystery dinner parties, which are hysterically fun!

Also--about the white hair thing--did you ever read Swamp Thing (I'm thinking specifically about the years where Alan Moore wrote it:). Abby Cable is a beautiful white haired woman and I can't help but think you'd resemble her!
