Flash poem!
Just thought of it at my job and thought I'd share. A vardoger is an apparition of a living person, that arrives at that person's destination before the person themselves. I suppose I could have just called the poem Forerunner, but I like the sound of the German word. Plus I am waiting to (possibly) get laid off from my job, so it actually might apply, who knows? Anyway.
Vardoger
Every time I leave a room,
it's for the last time.
Vardoger
Every time I leave a room,
it's for the last time.

Cool! I think I'm just going to have to borrow that word sometime--and at least it isn't as hard to pronounce and long to write as schaedunfreude (what is the correct spelling of that word, anyone?)
I owe you a big phone call cause I've been too sick to deal with the phone lately--I'll call you very soon!
